The deal will be closed on condition and the moment a consent of the Office of Competition and Competition Protection is granted. Until the deal is closed both companies shall act as independent entities on the hitherto rules and conditions.

Agros Nova is going to retain Kotlin and Elbro as separate subsidiaries, with separate board structures. The profitability-increase strategy of Kotlin and Elbro is going to be based on high synergy of raw material purchasing and processing, package purchasing and logistics.
