We would like to inform you that the Dr. Oetker company has taken over the Guseppe brand which had previously belonged to the Orkla concern in CEE countries.

The transaction means that the Kotlin company ceases to distribute frozen pizza under the Guseppe brand starting from 1st October 2008 . From then on, Dr Oetker Polska is going to be the exclusive distributor of the Guseppe brand on the Polish market.

We would also like to inform you that the Kotlin company remains the exclusive distributor of Sorella frozen pizza as well as other products under the Kotlin, Elbro and Sorella brand.
