Jam cookies

Ingredients:

  • 500g flour,
  • 40g yeast,
  • an egg,
  • 80g butter,
  • 80g sugar,
  • 0.25 l milk,
  • Sorella strawberry jam

Crumble topping:

  • 100g butter,
  • 150g flour,
  • half a cup sugar.

Mix the yeast with one spoonful of sugar, flour and warm milk, then leave it. Cream the yolks with sugar, mix with the leaven, add the rest of the flour and then knead the dough. Roll up the dough, place it in a cake tin, then leave it. Mix the flour with sugar and butter, pound it into lumps. Spread Sorella strawberry jam over the dough, sprinkle it with the lumps. Bake for 40 minutes at 100°C.
