Cherry jam waffles
  • half a kilo flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams margarine
  • half a cup sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls baking powder
  • about 2 cups water
  • Sorella cherry jam

 

 


Pour the flower, baking powder, yolks and sugar into a dish. Add water (normal, cold) in an amount which gives the batter thick cream consistency. Pour the melted and cooled margarine into it, mix everything. Beat light froth from the whites and mix delicately with the batter. Pour the batter into a well preheated waffle maker. Serve with Sorella cherry jam.
