Tomato cream soup
  • 3 cones Kotlin tomato paste,
  • 4 onions,
  • 4 potatoes,
  • 3 cups chicken broth,
  • 4 spoonfuls olive oil,
  • salt and pepper,
  • feta cheese,
  • fresh herbs.

 

Fry the finely-chopped onion and cubed potatoes in olive oil until they get golden. Pour it over with the broth and stew it for 10 minutes. Add the Kotlin tomato paste and spices and simmer it for the next 20 miutes. Blend the soup or pass it through a sieve.

Serve with feta cheese chunks, fresh herbs and toasts.
